hey guys I hope you enjoy the gym buddy Joe I seriously have a problem I do actually have a problem it's a problem that most people don't have so I'm back in the gym is 135 it's time to eat lunch I guess you guys know I don't have breakfast but it's probably on me breakfast food but I do not have a taste for anything like I don't want to eat and this really like drives me crazy because you guys know say it every video you guys know that I preach intuitive eating so like I'm supposed to listen to my body cues but I just don't really be having an appetite like that and it's really crazy because I don't know why like I just go to the gym every gym workout I burn like freakin 600 calories so says my Apple watch it is like you're not eating so I'm gonna try to find something to eat thing cuz I'm gonna eat watch bash from like the corner of my eye and we'll see what I come up with but it's really really frustrating and I kinda want pasta because I see my pesto in my fridge I want pasta but at the same time we're supposed to be thinking about protein is my very basic and realistic breakfast brunch lunch because it is definitely two o'clock back to the basics though you know bacon and eggs is very low carb it is very protein based so I feel like we're doing good this is three pieces of bacon in two eggs as you guys seen I added some cheese I didn't measure it I did add bacon grease to my pan I like bacon grease in my eggs sue me if that's too much for you then do you boo don't do me but yeah this is going to be my first meal of the day now I'm trying to gauge my hunger because again I'm not really hungry but I'm gonna have some yogurt and possibly some of my simply smoothie later if I'm feeling a little snackage but this probably will hold me over to dinner I guess which is hot too late United all right so I totally love you guys cuz this does not look like yogurt in the smoothie but it's been a couple of hours like it's 5:30 now um I should be eating dinner by you we don't need you know to later because I think so late in the day and I was putting a little snackage so I want to introduce you guys to something that I found at Trader Joe's so these are chicken tikka tikka samosas that's what it is from Trader Joe's it's chicken vegetables and Indian spices wrapping a crisp flaky pastry if you guys are into nutrition facts two of them are 80 calories and I have five here so this is just gonna be my snack that I have before Jim it just want to come and share it with you guys aren't you guys lucky because you guys know I usually just had two meals in a day but today it was three today was lit yeah I'm I'm a little hungry yeah alright guys so it's finally dinner time and I'm making a whole bunch of new stuff well this is cabbage so there's nothing like new there I showed you guys this in a recent grocery haul this pork loin that's got like Chipotle seasoning on it it comes with like a mole Moho salsa whatever so I'm gonna put this in our air fryer this is something new I actually was about to make tacos with I was gonna shake it up and make pork tenderloin tacos but I was like no we don't need to add the tortilla because I wanted to make the Mexican style roasted corn I got some pretty rose mmm so but now we just won't add extra starches we'll just go ahead and keep it simple so I want to go ahead and put this in the airfryer and I'll sautรฉ these two things separately on the stove you see stereophonic sound for the home is recorded on two separate fronts each one giving special emphasis to certain sections of the orchestra as heard from those positions that when played back simultaneously on two separate systems the sounds are blended together to achieve a new dimension of sound impossible to obtain in a mono no resort [Applause] okay guys so this is the finished product we have our shredded cabbage the skillet corn and this is the pork tenderloin it did come with some of the green salsa and it's good however I will just pour it on the side I wouldn't put it all over but yeah this is my dinner which looks really really good and healthy by the way I think I did a successful healthy meal for the first time in a long time so let's just look at it in all of his glory but it's always you guys thank you so much for watching I'll catch you guys in my next video and I love you guys and also let's go ahead and play the emoji game today hey leave me a peek emoji in the comments if you're still here I still rock with you again I love you guys and I'll see you guys in my next video you
