Red Hot Chilli Chutney For Dosas Medu Wada Idli | South Indian Food | Cooking Video


Hi friends welcome to my cooking
show “Parul Ka Zaika” Today I’m going to prepare South
Indian Red Chutney I am preparing this recipe as

South Indian Red Chutney 100 grams grounded coconut 50 grams dried red chillies 100 grams roasted chickpeas 1 teaspoon coriander seeds 2 inches of ginger 8-10 garlic buds 1 teaspoon split black gram 2 tamarindus indica 1 teaspoon asafoetida 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 15-20 curry leaves Salt as per taste 2 tablespoon oil Water To start with put some oil in a pan Add red chillies and coriander
seeds and saute for 2 minutes Sauteing is done so that these ingredients
release a nice flavor After 2 minutes put off the flame and let the chilli and coriander seeds come
down to a reasonable temperature and then grind them For grinding along with red chillies and coriander seeds add grounded
coconut, roasted chickpeas, tamarindus indica, garlic buds, Ginger, salt as per taste and water. Grind
and make a smooth paste. Chutney is ready. Next prepare
tempering for it. Take some oil in a small hollow pan Add mustard seeds Once mustard seeds start cracking
add split black gram Next add asafoetida and curry
