For This we need Boiled salted Rice. made with (1 cup rice and 1 Ts salt) 1 med size onion chopped. 5-6 Garlic fine chopped. 15-20 leaves Basil Leaves (Tulsi) 15- 20 leaves Mint(Pudina) Leaves. Coriander Leaves as per taste. 1/4 ts Black Pepper. Here we are not using salt and 1 Tbs Veg Oil. Put oil in the Pan. when Oil is hot, add garlic. After saute Garlic add Chopped Onion. Fry till Onion is soft. Then add chopped Basil Leaves.(Tulsi) Mint (Pudina)Leaves. Chopped green Coriander. Mix them. Add Black Pepper. Here we have not used salt as it is add in Rice while preparing. add Rice Mix all well. Sprinkle some water with hand. Low the flame and cook for 2 min
with lid on to it. After 2 min put off the flame Tasty Aromatic Flavor of Basil and Mint is
