Easy Tandoori Chicken – Indian Food Recipe


Tandoori Chicken Pre-heat Oven to 200 degree celcius Peel and Chop 2 Red Onions Juice 2 Lemons into a Medium Mixing Bowl Add the Chopped Red Onions Add 4 Teaspoons of Paprika Powder to the Mixing Bowl Mix Well Add 5 Skinless Chicken Thighs to the Mixture Marinate them well Set them aside Chop 10g of Lemon Grass Peel and thinly slice 15g of Ginger Add 20g of Peeled Garlic to a Food Processor Then add 3/4 Teaspoon of Garam Masala 1/4 Teaspoon of Tumeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoon of Fine Chili Powder 10g of Chopped Lemon Grass 3/4 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin 15g of Sliced Ginger Blend these ingredients very well Add 300ml of Greek Yogurt to the Mixture Mix them well Marinate Chicken Thighs thoroughly with the Yogurt Mixture Refrigerate the Marinated Chicken for 2 Hours, or up to a Day Place the Marinated Chicken Thighs onto a Baking Rack over a tray Coat Chicken with Vegetable Oil Cook them in the Oven for about 6 Minutes Remove the Chicken from the Oven Flip the Chicken Thighs and cook them for another 6 Minutes Remove the Chicken from the Oven Increase the temperature of the Oven to 220 degree celcius Cook the Chicken for another 6 Minites till partially charred Slice the Chicken Serve with Rice or with Tortilla Wraps Garnish with Sliced Onions and Coriander Leaves
