  2. That is indeed Spain on a Fork! We can get pasta like that here in the U.S. It's imported from Mexico and is available in the Hispanic foods section of many supermarkets. Thanks for the KIVA discount!

  3. Nice work, I really miss hearing you talk as you’re cooking though. I suppose it’s quicker to produce the video if you don’t have to narrate, but its felt more personal and… passionate when you were describing the ingredients and the process.

  4. Hi there, I love your videos! I watch everyone of them and make a lot, if not all of the dishes you cook. I would suggest talking through the recipes again. Sometimes it's like, what was that? Just a suggestion.

  5. Wonderful dish!! Still waiting for someone to develop that smellcam! 😉 Question: Monkfish is not available where I live & not a big fan of squid but love shrimp. I know you suggested scallops in place of the fish. Could I get away with using just those 2 seafoods? SHARED

  9. So in the US we have a problem with the label "Extra Virgin Olive Oil," and there's no way to guarantee that what we buy is actually "Extra Virgin." Is this a problem in Spain? My buddy visited olive groves in Andalusia last year (I still drool over this photo:, I would love to hear any thoughts you have on the local olive oil industry!

  10. Very interesting dish! I don't think I've seen this in America before, we only have regukar paella but I bet it's good with those pasta noodles!
