Afghani Pulao Recipe Restaurant Style Add half cup cooking Oil if we are making 1 kg Afghani Pulao Add onion 200 gram for 1 kg Chicken and fry untill light brown Add Chicken 1 kg Fry chicken for 10 to 12 minutes After 12 minutes add black cumin seeds half table spoon Mix it very well for 2 to 3 minutes Salt half table spoon Add Water We will cut carrot in Julianne cutting 100 gram Add Carrot 50 gram Mix it very well for 2 to 3 minutes When water will be on boiling point then we will add Basmati Rice 1 kg which was soak in water for 2 hour Cook for 2 to 3 minutes Cook for 3 minutes again Kishmish ( Raisins ) 100 gram Add Carrot 50 gram Add kishmish ( Raisins) 100 gram Black cumin seeds half table spoon Cook for 5 to 6 minutes Then cover it and cook in very low flame for 20 to 25 minutes After 25 minutes Our Afghani Pulao is Ready for Serving
